Yes. Monthly Pro can be cancelled any time from the Customer Portal — you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period, then drop back to the Free plan automatically. No retention calls, no exit interviews.
Yes — if you upgrade to annual and change your mind, we'll refund within 14 days, no questions asked. After that the annual plan runs to the end of its term, then doesn't auto-renew if you've cancelled.
Nothing. Every description you've ever generated stays in your history forever, on every plan. Downgrading just changes how many new ones you can create per month (5 instead of unlimited).
Yes — open the Customer Portal from Settings and switch plans. Stripe pro-rates the difference automatically so you only pay the difference, not a full new term.
Pricing is in GBP (£) — £9 a month or £79 a year. Stripe handles currency conversion automatically when you pay with a non-GBP card. We may add native USD/EUR pricing later, but the totals will be equivalent.

Yes. The Chrome extension works on every plan, free or Pro — your monthly generation limit applies the same way it does on the web app. Pro gives you unlimited generations through the extension as well.
